FRANK D'AMBROSIO | Managing Partner | Founder
Frank D'Ambrosio, Managing partner and founder of Add True Value Properties, brings a wealth of experience to the role. With degrees from UCLA and UC San Francisco, Frank initially excelled in various management positions in the healthcare & physical therapy industry. Now, with his initial ventures into real estate investments allowing him to retire early from his previous career, he’s chosen to pursue impact-driven Multifamily investment opportunities fully with ATVP.
Starting with single-family home rentals, Frank has expanded his real estate portfolio to encompass multifamily assets across five different states. As a devout Christian, Frank values family, integrity, and transparency. With his commitment to excellence, and attention to detail, ATVP carefully chooses strategies for success. He invites investors to join him, his family, and the ATVP team in exclusive opportunities that offer exceptional returns while leaving a lasting legacy. OLGA D'AMBROSIO | Managing Partner | Co-Founder
Olga D'Ambrosio is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Add True Value Properties (ATVP). As an immigrant to the U.S. & mother of 3 boys, she was able to turn her American dream into a reality through pursuing her passions & through God's grace. Olga holds a bachelor's degree from CSUN and a master's degree from CalStateLA. Her passion for people led her to a successful teaching career in education and now rewarding journey in real estate.
With an impressive track record, Olga has now acquired numerous rental properties and participated in syndications, successfully transacting over 1180 units across Kansas, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California in her first years of Multifamily investing. Her strategic and creative thinking allows her to identify and mitigate risks while spotting opportunities to enhance income producing assets and optimize investors' returns.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Olga is deeply committed to serving others in the name of Christ. She actively sponsors and participates in local, national, and international nonprofit organizations. With Olga's support and dedication, investors can trust in ATVPs ability to deliver results while making positive impacts in their lives.
MARK D'AMBROSIO | Marketing Manager
Welcome to ATVP! Meet Mark D'Ambrosio, the lead Marketing Manager and Manager of Acquisitions & Investor Relations at Add True Value Properties. With a strong passion for helping others and developing solutions for those in need, Mark leverages his expertise in forward-thinking investment opportunities and guiding diverse Multifamily portfolios to achieve successful and impactful returns.
As the eldest of three brothers raised by a single mother, Mark has always held leadership positions throughout his life. When his mother remarried, he gained a father figure in his step-dad and eventually adopted his last name. With years of life experience in these roles and a strong sense of community, he is known for his ability to transform and improve the lives of those around him, as well as those invested in him. With his commitment to excellence and proven resolve he has become an invaluable asset to the ATVP team. BRETT SILER | Managing Member | Assistant Investor Relations Lead
Brett Siler is the lead Managing Member & assistant lead in investor relations at ATVP. He is passionate about Multifamily investing and pursuing a life of financial freedom. Confident in his ability to find value add opportunities in any community, he is a firm believer in providing value to produce wealth.
Despite a life-altering traffic accident that left him relearning most basic motor skills such as speaking, walking, and eating; Brett's resilience and determination allowed him to gain control of his life back. This experience has influenced his approach to personal and professional challenges alike, enabling him to overcome any obstacle & persevere in the face of adversity.
Brett is also anticipating on becoming a father later this year and is excited to embark on the journey of fatherhood, particularly because he is adopted himself. Motivated by his deep sense of purpose and a commitment to making anything possible, Brett strives to identify creative solutions & creating a positive impact in the lives of others while maximizing investor returns through strategic acquisitions and partnerships at ATVP.
JOAQUIN BORJA | Managing Associate | Real Estate Professional | Certified EA
Joaquin Borja is a dynamic and inspiring leader, bringing his wealth of expertise to ATVP as a Managing Associate. With a strong background in real estate acquisition and asset management, Joaquin has overseen the successful administration of assets valued at over 10 million dollars. His educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and his professional qualifications as a certified EA. In addition to his role at ATVP, Joaquin runs a thriving brokerage business in California. With his unwavering dedication and strategic approach, Joaquin consistently delivers exceptional results in the real estate industry.
GLADYS BORJA | Senior Managing Associate | Insurance Expert | Senior Advisor
Gladys Borja is a highly accomplished Senior Advisor at ATVP, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance industry to the table. With a demonstrated history of success, Gladys has established herself as a trusted representative in the field. Her expertise spans across various insurance domains, including Universal Life, Health Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, Home Insurance, as well as personal and commercial Auto Insurance.
