What is our strategy? Using our Acquisition Criteria, and our network, ATVProperties Team can come in and force appreciation by physically improving the grounds, the building, updating the look and the amenities offered to the residents creating a safer and more pleasant overall experience. Repaving the parking lot, adding gates, adding lighting, better signs, painting, adding BBQ areas, seating area, playgrounds, dog parks, valet trash, laundry, gyms, fast internet, management through technology, community events, etc. As we improve the facilities, the building, the grounds, we beautify and make the area safer. Impacting in a positive way the community is in.  We are also able to attract residents seeking higher quality of life which impacts the whole community for the better.  All these and more, present unique opportunities to add value in the building as well as the life of each of our residents. But most important is adding the True and Lasting Value by offering the families the opportunity to own their own Bible, to present prayer requests, to be prayed for,  and opportunities to give, by sponsoring a child in need through our many befriended foundations. That is our commitment, our purpose, our vision, and mission, to offer each resident the opportunities to make decisions of an eternal impact.
